Growing Notes:

Young leaves taste like celery with a hint of anise.  Most commonly used with potatoes and poultry, soups, and spring tonic salads. 

Allow to flower to provide pollen and nectar for bees, hoverflies, lacewings and ladybugs. Comes back quickly in early spring. 

Harvest Notes:

Harvest leaves the first year once the plants have become established. Entire branches may be cut the second year and used in bouquets.  7-10 days vase life.
